What's Hopping on the Lily Pad!

I am a full time creativity & life coach who offers all kinds of services to help professional women leap into action.  Kimba in a Box offers programs that you can use at home for self-healing, creativity and personal growth.  Throughout the year I offer a couple of local workshops for women in Northern California.  I also offer fun and cool tele-courses!  All you need to participate is desire and a phone!  AND I do a weekly radio show that provides new ideas for wellness.  The magical thread that runs through all of my services is the mind, body and spirit connection for self-discovery, creativity and healing.  And oh yeah, you can have fun along the way!  Please join my mailing list so that you know what's happening on Kimba's lily pad!

What's New?    

Mind, Body & Spirit Renewal  I will be out of my office from September 1st until October 18th.  In the month of September I am taking a "walk about" or time off for self renewal.  I will not be answering my phone or e-mails until I return on October 18th.

The Magic of Creativity  Intensive workshop presented at the Minnesota Statewide Activity Professionals Fall Conference on October 15, 2010.

Balancing Caregiver Stress  Balancing the Inner Rhythms of Caregiving provides family and professional caregivers with stress reduction tools that balance the mind, body and spirit of giving care. Learn about the power and application of unique concepts such as color therapy, positive thinking, aromatherapy, healing music, yoga, nutrition and energy.  Balancing the Inner Rhythms of Caregiving comes with a 26 page festive workbook in PDF and a 90 minute MP3.

IRAP Aroma Program for Activity Directors.  The IRAP Aroma Program coaches activity directors step-by-step in providing aromatherapy for long-term care communities.

IRAP Art Program  As an artist, I created this program specifically for activity directors to share some of my creative ideas for nursing homes, assisted living, adult day health care and hospice care.

Art for the Heart Tele-Course:

I am currently developing my Art for the Heart Tele-Course.  This tele-course will coach women how to take care of their hearts by using the 12 Modern Day Kaizen Muses from the Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching program.   The tele-course will take place in February 2011.  If you would like more information about the tele-course please join the leaping tribe!
