Kimba Livesay recognizes that respecting user privacy over the Internet is of utmost importance. This privacy statement is designed to provide information about the privacy and data collection practices for the site: www.kimbalivesay.com. In general, you can visit the site without telling who you are or provide information. Identifying information is requested when you join the mailing list, make an appointment, register for a course or provide feedback. In these instances, we will ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and other appropriate information needed to provide you with service. In all instances, if you receive a newsletter or other mailing from Kimba, you will always be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time by sending contacting me.
We do not share, rent, or sell any personal identifying information provided through our Site (such as your name or email address) to any outside organization for use in its marketing or solicitations. Other Internet sites and services have separate privacy and data collection practices. Once you leave www.kimbalivesay.com, we cannot control, and has no responsibility for the privacy policies or data collection activities of another site. ICF Pledge of Ethics
As a professional coach, I
acknowledge and agree to honor my ethical obligations to my coaching
clients and colleagues and to the public at large. I pledge to treat
people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model
these standards with those whom I coach.
Discrimination Policy
I provide services to women and men from a variety of backgrounds. I do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability or sexual orientation. I believe that we are all of God's children and do not tolerate discrimination.
Refund Policy
I
do not offer a refund for coaching services that have been rendered.
However, you may cancel your coaching package at any time and
receive a full refund (minus any PayPal fees) on the remainder of
your sessions. Kimba in a Box and IRAP programs are available
for download on your computer and personal use within 48 business
hours. I do not offer a refund for these program services;
however, if you are not satisfied with your program please contact
me. As a valued client I will work with you!
Confidentiality Policy
Confidentiality
is an important part of the coaching process. It is very
important that my clients understand that all communications between
us is strictly confidential. I will only share your name, testimony
and story with your written consent. In my practice I have found
that a safe and comfortable environment of trust is vital for a
client to move forward in the coaching process. N
Payment for Services
Coaching
services are billed A La Carte or by the package. Once you
decide to receive coaching services I will send you a coaching
agreement and an invoice via PayPal. Once the agreement and
payment are received I will send you the assessment. Once
your assessment is complete we will schedule your coaching
