I created this blog to help others heal by using the mind, body and spirit connection. I’m a big fan of practicing love, joy and gratitude. I believe this is the way to heal.

The pathway to Joy is gratitude. If you want more joy in your life, you must practice gratitude. You can make a mental or physical list of what you are thankful for. Now here’s the deal…the more grateful you are for the little things, the more joy you cultivate. Don’t believe me? Then take the Gratitude 30-day challenge. List at least 10 things you are grateful for. Be bold and bodacious and share on social media.
Kindness creates joy. These acts may be large or small and their beneficiaries may not even be aware of them. Yet their effects can be profound for the giver and the receiver. This exercise, Random Acts of Kindness ask you to perform one act of kindness for five days. Download the PDF and start promoting kindness in the world and creating joy for yourself and others. The benefits add up quickly.
Creating joy in my life has been my number one priority since being diagnosed with cancer. I often find myself feeling anxious. What helps me get back on track is focusing on the positive. Three Good Things is a simple expressive arts exercise that can help you focus on the positive things in your life. Grab a piece of paper and some colored pens and try this exercise.
